This deep frying pan is available in 24 cm (2.7L approx.) and 28 cm (3.2L approx.) this deep frying pan is suitable for exemplify saute and deep fry. The forged hollow stainless steel handle is riveted stays cool and is comfortable to handle safely. Equipped with its internally coated Xylan non stick surface the xylan is easy to clean and food release and needs little oil. The stainless steel and aluminium bonded base of 5.2 mm encapsulated creates even heat distribution without hot spots and improves cooking efficiency.
