Picture instructions, and a written notice are included with the item, and should be looked over carefully, before attempting assembly.Delivery is via a UK courier (24/48 hour service), any delivery questions can be put to us. This is a basic delivery service, to the front door of the building only. For additional delivery services, please contact us for details.Any damages or faults must be put forward to us before attempting assembly. You should not begin assembly until your problem is resolved by our customer support team. Damage reported during or after assembly of the item will not be considered for return/refund, this may be the result of improper assembly.
