The String of Hearts (Ceropegia woodii) is a delightful semi-succulent plant native to South Africa, known for its trailing vines and heart-shaped leaves. This plant thrives in full sun and is perfect for hanging baskets or as a stunning tabletop display. Its low-maintenance nature makes it an excellent choice for both beginner and seasoned plant owners. Grown in cactus compost, it prefers moderate watering during the growing season, with drier conditions needed during its dormant periods. Supplied in an 8cm pot, the String of Hearts comes in a decorative ceramic pot, making it an elegant addition to any space. Please note, this plant is toxic to pets, so it should be kept out of their reach.
