This low-maintenance miniature tree thrives in sunny spots, making it perfect for growing in patio containers or mixed borders, where it offers ornamental beauty and a productive crop of delicious pears each autumn. Plant in well-drained soil or a container with at least 30 liters of quality compost like John Innes No. 3, ensuring proper watering and feeding. Prune minimally by cutting back the tips of main branches and thinning fruits in July to ensure the best quality. Pear Conference trees reach up to 1.2 meters in height and spread when fully established.
