Rolawn® Play Grade Bark is a high-quality, versatile mulch ideal for use as a decorative ornamental bark. Our Play Bark also improves moisture retention, insulates plant roots against temperature fluctuations and suppresses weed development, supporting year-round plant health and reduced plant loss during those colder months. With a particle size range of 8-25mm, the bark is easy to distribute, free-flowing and free from chemical contamination, resulting in a safe, ready-to-use mulch. Tested to British Standard EN 1177:2018 Impact Attenuating Playground Surfacing - Determination of Critical Fall Height, our specifically designed to provide a natural, impact-absorbing surface suitable for use in outdoor play areas. Recommended for installation at a depth of 300mm, this bark delivers a critical fall height of up to 3 metres, offering impactful solutions for schools, parks and domestic play areas. In addition to its suitability for play areas, this bark also serves as an effective ornamental mulch. Offering a professional-grade finish and natural colour, it is ideal for residential and commercial landscaping. Each bulk bag provides coverage of up to 10m² at a depth of 50mm and is supplied from Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC) approved sources. The FSC® label means that materials used for the product have been responsibly sourced (www.fsc.org - FSC®-C147081).
