Creates long lasting coals with very little smoke as it has a moisture content of less than 2 and as such is highly prized amongst the outdoor cooking community. Long-burning hardwood - burns twice as long as the average kiln-dried wood. It maintains very high temperatures whilst burning with great aroma and flavour enhancing qualities. Baked by the African sun, Kameeldoring hardwood has a very low moisture content, between 0 to 2, so produces almost no smoke whilst burning. To start the fire use kindling and firelighters as normal and this amazing wood will catch light and keep you warm for hours.
