A charcoal upright multi-functional smoker can tackle low and slow cooking to offer a tasty smoky flavour for tender results. Designed with two cooking sections to offer different cooking ways, it is ideal for grilling, smoking, baking, roasting and braising. This smoker stove has one lid handle, two side handles and two access doors. The top door is designed for checking the cooking condition and the bottom one is used to refill charcoal at any time. It also includes two cooking grates that are tiered inside so can be used for smoking and roasting at the same time. Cooking with a water pan meets a steaming need, and a bottom charcoal pan with a grate is used for holding briquettes and collecting coal ash. A built-in thermometer with a detailed scale to monitor the temperature and an adjustable air vent to control the airflow. This BBQ smoker is easy to assemble and transport so it is perfect for outdoor cooking with your family and friends.
