Each shot contains 200mg of caffeine to help stimulate the nervous system and keep you focused. It also contains 1000mg of Citrulline, which helps to rid the body of harmful substances and 3000mg of Beta Alanine, which decreases muscle fatigue so you can keep going for even longer. Each shot has added vitamins B3 and B12 to help normal red blood cell formation in the body. Niacin is in the shot as well to reduce tiredness and the onset of fatigue. All of these combined will help you gain optimum results from a regular training regime. Every box you order contains 12 individual shots.
